• Maximize the benefits of your NDIS plan by negotiating effectively with providers on your behalf and closely monitoring your budget and expenditures.
   

• Facilitate connections with your community, service providers, support networks, and allied health professionals
   

• Ensure the services you choose are tailored to your needs and promptly address any concerns
   

• Adjust ongoing support as required
   

• Arrange necessary assessments for additional funding requests and assist in preparing for your next NDIS plan including attending plan review meetings with a NDIS planner/LAC
   

• Submit applications for therapies and services, such as SIL, PBS, Improved Health & Wellbeing, Specialised Driver Training, Employment, Vehicle Modifications, Home Modifications, and SDA

• Provide reports and gather evidence to support your continued access to necessary services
