At Centa Group, we strive to get the best results for our clients. Our caring, innovative and eager team understands that everyone's circumstances are different. We take the time to understand what their needs are and explore the best options for them.
Our aim is to ensure that each one of our clients is receiving the highest quality care, to maximise their opportunities and to help them become more independent.
We provide multilingual support to people who don’t speak English, or who are more comfortable conversing in another language. This includes interpreting services for our clients during their sessions with allied health professionals and carers, in any language.
Kieran Howard
With a genuine passion for supporting individuals, Kieran bring a hands-on, empathetic approach to NDIS support coordination. His experience has allowed him to build strong, collaborative relationships with clients, guiding them to navigate the NDIS system and access the services that best meet their needs.
He takes pride in empowering clients to achieve their goals, ensuring they feel confident and supported every step of the way. He is committed to providing personalised, attentive care, helping each person live a more independent and fulfilling life.
Yu Zhang
Yu is a compassionate and dedicated Support Coordinator committed to empowering individuals with disabilities. She is passionate about a person-centered approach and strives to make a meaningful impact by helping others achieve independence and lead fulfilling lives. With strong skills in advocacy, relationship-building, and effective communication, Yu navigates complex systems to ensure individuals receive the support they need. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Japanese, she excels at connecting with people from diverse backgrounds, fostering inclusivity and understanding in every interaction.
As a Support Coordinator, Yu’s goal is to empower individuals and their families by providing tailored guidance, resources, and encouragement, enabling them to thrive and achieve their aspirations.
